Carson Roofers Who Look After the Roof You Already Have

We are a roofing company that would rather keep a sound roof going than sell you a new one. That means a careful look at what is on your home, a clear account of its condition, and work that adds years where years are still there to add.

How We Think About a Roof

Most roofs do not fail all at once. A cracked tile lets water reach the underlayment. A lifted shingle tab starts to curl. A pipe boot dries out and splits. Caught early, each of these is a small, tidy repair. Left alone, they become stained ceilings and soft decking.

So our work starts with looking, not selling. We walk the roof, check flashing at walls and chimneys, look at the valleys and vents, and go into the attic when we can. Then we explain what we found in plain terms, show you photos, and rank each item by urgency, from the spots that could let water in with the next rain to the ones that are fine to leave until a later visit.

When replacement is the honest answer, we say so and explain why. When a repair will hold, we price the repair. Either way you get a free written estimate you can keep, read twice and compare. Our full list of services, from roof repair and gutters to tile roofing and flat roofing, is there for when the roof needs it, not before.

Our Approach to Your Roof

  • We price the repair first

If part of your roof can be properly fixed, that option comes to you first. A new roof is a big decision, and it should come from the roof's condition, not from how full our schedule is.

  • Repairs matched to your roof

Asphalt shingles, clay and concrete tile and low-slope membranes each wear differently. We pick replacement pieces, sealants and flashing to suit what you already have, so the repair looks right and weathers along with the rest.

  • Care for your property

We cover plants, keep paths clear and sweep for nails at the close of each workday. When you come home, the yard should be orderly and quiet.

  • Help with claims and payment

For storm or hail damage, we work directly with your insurance claim, and financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval. Se habla español, so we can talk through the whole job in English or Spanish.

Where We Work

We look after roofs across Carson and the neighboring communities, including West Carson, Gardena, Torrance, Lomita, Compton, Willowbrook, West Rancho Dominguez, East Rancho Dominguez, Signal Hill and Long Beach. Steady sun breaks down sealants and underlayment faster than most people expect, so a periodic check pays off here, and our Roof Inspections page explains what that visit covers.
